Work In Progress: Bandana Design!

I've been super into bandanas and folky-cute nature patterns, but I didn't know how to combine the two. I've been throwing the idea around for a while and figured that summertime is a great time to work on accessories. I sat outside on my patio today and noticed how big my nasturtiums had gotten, so I sketched a few.

After a while, my sketch blossomed into a big beautiful square canvas full of plants and salamanders! I've sent off the prototype of the design to be printed on fabric, and I'll be in charge of hand-cutting and sewing each bandana.

I can't wait to see how the fabric sample turns out!
